Pilates Classes

Join our Pilates classes in Barnsley to strengthen your entire body, improve posture, flexibility, and balance, and support overall well-being.

Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced, sessions combine classical and contemporary Pilates techniques, using props like balls, bands, and blocks to refine technique and build core strength.

Classes typically last 60 minutes, are best done barefoot or in grip socks, and participants are encouraged to bring their own mat.

Chair Fitness Pilates Classes

Body Sculpt Classes

Yoga Flow Classes
